Lessons are available at a public facility in Rockville. There are two indoor pools, one a bit warmer and shallower with a zero depth entry area, and the other extending to a depth of 12 feet. There are private changing rooms and showers within the locker rooms, plus an observation area on deck level. A parent or support staff has the option to watch from the deck closer to the pool. Partial payment is taken at the time of booking, while the remainder is paid to the pool cashier on the day of the lesson.
Half-hour lessons are $40. Adults often book a full hour lesson, $80.

Lessons are also available at a public facility in Silver Spring. There is one large pool, divided into shallower and deeper lanes, a warmer “teach” pool, and locker rooms with showers. Only parents and support staff of special needs students may remain on the pool deck, but must be in swimwear (or shorts). Please book your lessons through this site, but make your payment to the pool cashier on the day of the lesson.
