The Two Hour Intensive is an introductory, private lesson for teens and adults.
Although everyone progresses at their own rate, the average individual can expect to learn the following: ~front float, front glide, front crawl with rhythmic breathing ~back float, back glide, back crawl, elementary backstroke ~treading, transitioning between swimming and treading ~rolling from back to front and front to back
Add-on lessons will include: ~further practice to build endurance ~breaststroke ~flip-turns ~butterfly ~dives (depending on pool depth)
